As a Challenger by nature, I've fought against so-called truths my entire life.
As a woman, and person of color, I've had more than my fair share of hearing what to say and do in the world.
And I've learned to take what I hear with a grain of salt, to do my own investigation, and make up my own mind. Sound fair?
So when I'd interview my clients to get to the heart of their message, they either didn't know where to begin or they'd tell me things they thought I wanted to hear.
I had to figure out a way to make it easier for my clients and myself - so I developed a whole thing around "Biznality" and this biznality thing is now the heart of every project!
